Booking & Availability

We offer two and three night weekend breaks (excluding school holidays) checking in on Friday. There is a minimum stay of three nights for mid-week breaks checking in on Monday or Tuesday (low-season). We can sometimes accommodate alternative check-in days please contact us directly if you have any specific requests. If booking a two-night weekend break late check out is available on Sunday so you can make the most of the weekend!

Check availability on the calendar below – check-in days are highlighted as dark green. Rates are shown by clicking on the date you would like to arrive, then ‘stay for’ on drop down menu for number of nights. If your booking is less than six weeks before your stay the total cost is required. If your booking is more than six weeks away 30% payment is required to secure the booking and the balance will be requested six weeks before your stay. For group bookings of all three tents a £100 refundable damages deposit is required per tent and will be requested at balance stage.

Each tent has the same layout but is themed differently inside and they are positioned to have different views of the Exe Valley (see map in ‘Tent facilities and rates’ for position and layout).
