Gift Cards can be purchased for any value from £50-£500 and are valid for one year from date of purchase. Recipients just need to call or e-mail us to arrange a date for their countryside escape.

Simply indicate the amount you would like to include on your gift card and we will post* to you so you can write your own message. If you are tight for time and you would like it posted directly to the recipient click on ‘deliver to different address’ and add your message in the order notes section.

* Orders placed by midday will be posted on the same day (excluding the weekend), orders placed after midday will be posted the following day. Orders placed on the weekend will be posted on the following Monday.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from issue date. The booking must be made within this time, but the stay can fall outside of it.
2. If the total value of your stay is greater than the Gift Card, the excess is the responsibility of the Gift Card holder.
3. If the total value of stay is less than the Gift Card, there will be no cash refund, but any remaining moneys can be used to purchase goods on-site at Valleyside Escapes.
4. When phoning to redeem, please say you are using the Gift Card and quote the unique reference number.
5. Gift Cards may only be redeemed once, cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
