We’re thrilled to announce that we have just received planning approval to transform our outbuildings into a rustic wedding and events space with courtyard bar.

The barn sits within a one acre paddock and is in an idyllic spot, tucked behind Bickleigh Mill. It will offer couples a countryside wedding which they can put their stamp on. Our hidden gem is the perfect backdrop for wedding photos with a large pond and Mediterranean-style courtyard. There is also a bar within the courtyard where reception drinks can be held.

The barn is expected to hold up to 120 people and a wedding ceremony license will also be applied for. For those couples with a connection to Bickleigh there is also the option of getting married at St Mary’s church in the village centre.

We’re excited to get started with the works and transform the barn into a space that couples can personalise to their own taste and theme for one of the most important and memorable days of their life.
