When taking a break or staycation the chance to relax and get stuck into some holiday reads is one of our favourite things to do. The best spot to do this at Valleyside Escapes is on the veranda overlooking the picturesque Exe Valley. If you have children in tow, you can keep an eye on them in the play area while you get engrossed in a chapter or two.

Last year we welcomed leading author Kate Frost and her family to Valleyside Escapes. Kate has written a best-selling series of standalone Romantic Escape novels, character-driven women’s fiction and a time travel adventure trilogy. Her latest novel, One Greek Summer, will be launched on the 9th March and published by Boldwood.

Books and holidays are synonymous so we contacted Kate to see if she would like to partner with us for a #WorldBookDay promotion.
